Seattle Conlang Club Zine

The SCC Zine is a free zine featuring conlang-related articles and art from our very own members! Our first Zine was published September 9th, 2024, with a new issue every 6 months. Want to submit? See the SCC Zine submission guidelines.

Issue #2 (April 11, 2025)

Read about the history of the Seattle Conlang Club's conpidgin experiments, as well as poetry and songs in the latest and most successful of the SCC's conpidgins, Udano Mor! This issue also features a history of Esperanto in 20th Century America, a guide to font making, and an insightful essay on signed conlanging ethics.

How to use the print-imposed PDF: PDF should be printed on double-sided US Letter size sheets of paper. Stack each sheet, then staple along the spine. Finally, fold along the spine, creating a booklet.

After much hard work from our club members, the Seattle Conlang Club is proud to present the first issue of the SCC Zine! It features articles about our members' conlangs, Esperanto culture in Japan, Toki Pona, and even crosswords and and conlang advertisements!
